Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Innocent Driver (“the Promoter”), 227 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3EX.

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Innocent Driver, its partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• One entry per person. Multiple comments do not count as multiple entries.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

1. Follow the Innocent Driver social media page specified in the competition instructions.
2. Like the official competition post.
3. Comment on the post with a response to the question provided.

No purchase necessary. Internet access and a valid Facebook or Instagram accounts are required.

4. Competition Period

• The competition opens from the moment the official post is published.
• Entries close at 23:59 on 20th March 2026.
• The winner will be chosen during the week commencing 23rd March 2026.

• One winner will receive the prize stated in the competition post.
• No cash alternative.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Any third-party provider’s own usage terms may apply.

• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be contacted only via the official Innocent Driver social media account used to enter the competition, or via contact details provided by the winner after the competition has closed.
• The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.
• If no response is received, the Promoter may select a new winner.
• The Promoter will never ask for payment or card details to release a prize.
• Innocent Driver is not responsible for any communication, comments, messages or accounts that falsely claim to represent the Promoter. Entrants should report and ignore any suspicious activity.

• By entering, participants agree that their name may be announced on Innocent Driver’s social media channels if they win.
• No additional personal information will be shared without consent.

• Personal data will be used only for administering the competition, in accordance with Innocent Driver’s Privacy Policy.
• No marketing contact will be made unless the entrant has separately opted in.

• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, or fraudulent.
• The Promoter may cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if necessary.
• All Promoter decisions are final.
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
